For Health Teachers: Join Project Heart Start for a high-impact, hands-on training designed to give you the skills and confidence to act in a cardiac emergency. This session covers the "Big Four" life-saving skills: Hands-Only CPR, AED operation, recognizing a heart attack, and the Heimlich Maneuver. Participants will practice with mannequins and trainers to ensure they are ready to step in when it matters most.
