She excelled in various roles during her time at Trinidad State University and the University of New Mexico, showcasing her talents in basketball, robotics, and electrical engineering. After graduating with honors in 2018, Mary embarked on a successful career path, contributing her expertise to projects at TriLumina and Sandia National Labs, including work with the US Department of Defense. However, Mary's true calling led her to education, where she became a beacon of inspiration for her students at Cleveland Middle School. Through innovative initiatives and unwavering dedication, she created an inclusive learning environment where all students felt empowered to succeed.
