About me
Kristin Garletts is an ELA teacher at Volcano Vista High School. She was also an EdTech resource teacher for Albuquerque Public Schools for 4 years. She graduated from NAU and then began her career as a middle school teacher and elementary librarian in Flagstaff, Arizona for 3 years, before moving to Albuquerque in 2009. She taught for 8 years at Rio Rancho High School and then 3 years at Explore Academy. She taught 9th grade English, Yearbook, Newspaper, and ELD. Kristin has a Bachelor’s degree in English; teaching endorsements in Reading, Library, and ELL; is a National Board Certified teacher; is a Google Certified Coach, and is Google Certified Trainer.
