APS Rising Educator Summit 2026

Kelly Mitchell considers herself a life-long learner who is continually seeking new programs and apps to enhance student learning. Kelly is a passionate educator with 15 years teaching experience in elementary education and currently an EdTech Support Specialist.. In addition to teaching Kelly has led instructional committees, grade level and technology teams in both New Mexico and  Virginia. Kelly’s EdTech presenter portfolio includes speaking at FETC 2022, NMDLC 2022, Seesaw Connect 2022 & 2024, TCEA 2023, NMDLC 2023 & 2024 in addition to other local conferences. She is a Seesaw Ambassador, Pear Deck Coach, Google Certified Trainer, Apple Certified Coach & Dell Mentor Teacher. As a lower elementary educator, reading specialist and EdTech support specialist, Kelly shares her experience with both iPads, Chromebooks and other laptops in the classroom to enhance academic success for all learners.
