Limited Capacity seats available
This session explores how schools can move beyond initiative overload to create coherence and impact across multiple frameworks. At Rio Grande High School, leaders aligned Community School practices, Magnet Standards, and district priorities through a "Theme of the Month" approach that makes this work visible and actionable for students, families, and staff. Participates will engage in hands-on activities to map their own school initiatives, identify overlaps, and design practical next steps for alignment. This session provides tools and strategies to strengthen partnerships, reduce initiative fatigue, and create more coherent, student-centered systems. Educators will leave with an alignment map and actionable ideas they can immediately apply in their context.
