We will explore cognitive science and memory research to challenge conventional wisdom about feedback. Participants will learn to use digital tools for efficient formative assessments while shifting the cognitive heavy lifting back to students. Finally, the session outlines how educators can leverage peer observations, and student surveys to systematically improve their own instructional practices.
